What is Voice Compass?

Voice Compass® is Saas tool that allows you to create and manage self-paced, self-service customer journeys - known as Voice Compass Journeys. Customers are empowered to complete tasks that normally require talking to a real person.

What is a Voice Compass Journey?

Voice Compass Journeys are personalized and interactive experiences that help customers navigate through a series of steps to complete a task. Customers set their own pace, follow clear instructions, make selections from account-relevant options if offered, and are rewarded at the journey's end with satisfying task completion.

What is a Journey Assistant®?

A Journey Assistant is an AI-powered voice guide that provides journey navigation and guidance. The Journey Assistant is a key part of the multimodal, CX-centric design of each journey used to engage customer interest and increase their ability to complete a task without talking to a live agent.

Is the Demo really free?

What features will I see in the Free Demo?

Multichannel and multimodal features are prominent. The whole experience moves from desktop to mobile, uses text and email, and voice delivered over your mobile phone. From two-way voice interaction at the start, to one-way Journey Assistance voice during the task, our demo includes reading/writing, viewing, actively moving through screens, and hearing voice guidance. Voice Persona - options for the Journey Assistant to guide you using US English, Australian English, or Spanish (over 35 languages are supported). Analytics - journey selection, persona identification, and interaction analysis is automatically provided upon demo completion.

Do I have to do a Proof of Concept before going to a Production Pilot?

No. Pricing is usage based and designed to facilitate a progression toward Production while allowing your company to experiment and test along the way. How do you bill for the service?

Voice Compass is delivered as a SaaS, usage-based service and is billed per minute of interaction. Billing is centralized through Conversations by NLX using the AWS Marketplace or through monthly invoices, depending on your volume and preference. Professional Services, when used, are billed separately, on a per need basis.

How are usage charges calculated?

We meter your traffic in real time in increments of 15 seconds and then we round your usage to the closest minute. For example, if your monthly Voice Compass usage is 1,499 minutes and 45 seconds, you are billed for 1,500 minutes.

Can you integrate 3rd-party applications like our CRM or Contact Center?

Yes! No matter who your provider, we NLX applications can hook up to your contact center. We have existing integrations to CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot CRM and Zendesk Sell with more being added each quarter. How do you integrate Voice Compass into my website or mobile application?

Voice Compass can integrate with websites, mobile applications, and hardware devices (like IoT hardware.) A lightweight Software Development Kit (SDK) is offered in several programming languages free of charge. It helps you easily integrate your digital assets with the Voice Compass service - as simple as setting up analytics on a web page!

How is Voice Compass performance tracked?

We recognize the importance of operational analytics as a core need for your contact center. We offer a full suite of metrics and insights to assist you with decision-making and operational efficiency planning. We also offer tailor-made packages that analyze user behavior on an ongoing basis to help you identify new opportunities for automation.

How can I consume the Voice Compass analytics?

Journey and Interaction level metrics will be available on the Dashboard, Interaction Logs, and Journey Logs page of the Voice Compass by NLX application. We also offer the option to download these ongoing operational metrics through a CSV file

How is data secured?

NLX's technology platform that runs Voice Compass is SOC 2 compliant. We follow industry best practices for handling, storing, and processing data. All traffic is encrypted and all data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We also employ industry best practices to provide access control to our software and systems. What is your data collection and sharing policy?

We collect information solely to provide you with the Voice Compass service. On occasion, we might use anonymized data for the purposes of testing and improving our service, but none of this data is shared with any third party, unless specifically authorized by you.

Do you offer a Premium Service Package?

Yes, one of our reseller partners can offer a professional services package that enables ongoing journey creation, training and integrations on a monthly basis.
