NLX team grows
We are thrilled to have Doug Bryers join our rapidly growing NLX team as Head of Product Marketing.
After 2 years of watching from the sidelines as the energy and excitement grew around the building of NLX’s natural language and conversational AI platform, Doug joins us today to provide product marketing focus to our purpose-built application, NLX Voice Compass. Doug’s first order of business is to coordinate the formal market launch of NLX Voice Compass in early Q4 2020, building upon the early adoption success of pilot customers.
In Doug’s words:
I’m keen for the product marketing challenge that NLX Voice Compass presents. It reminds me of when we launched #DocuSign in 2005. The simplicity of DocuSign made it compelling back then. It proved to fill a gap in the market and became a true commercial success. I see a lot of similarities with NLX Voice Compass in 2020. NLX Voice Compass is a powerful new self-service enabler that delivers an immersive and engaging customer experience without compromising customer satisfaction.
When asked what he felt what made NLX Voice Compass stand apart from the various ChatBot and Virtual Assistant solutions on the market today, Doug added:
NLX Voice Compass creates a new customer experience (CX) paradigm by putting customers back in the driver’s seat. It is more sophisticated than a ChatBot and more customer-centric than a Virtual Assistant. NLX Voice Compass creates a (highly scalable, always available) personalized Journey Assistant to help customers reach their desired destination by simply following real-time guidance and coaching, without having to learn or install anything new. With NLX Voice Compass customers will be able to successfully and confidently complete an important task without ever having to speak to a live agent, or be kept waiting on hold.
