With that in mind, we are pleased to introduce Touchpoint, our out-of-the-box interface that anyone building with NLX can deploy to their digital platforms.
First and foremost, we designed Touchpoint to support a wide variety of inputs and outputs. Voice, text, images, AR, and video are among the ways we communicate naturally using our devices, so we built Touchpoint to support each of those modalities. Touchpoint also supports our Voice+ technology, which leverages voice and digital channels simultaneously in a single experience.
Touchpoint offers a flexible display for rich media that allows for either a full screen or half screen display on desktop or a full screen display on mobile. This offers what we feel is a superior experience where content is given room to breathe and adapts to the needs of the customers whether for grocery shopping, hotel recommendations, to process a return, or whatever a builder may dream up.
