Conversational AI Platform NLX Introduces Voice Technology to Navigate Any Website or Mobile App Hands-Free
NLX Voice+ Replaces Typing, Clicking, and Scrolling with Two-Way Voice Conversation
NLX, the AI platform powering advanced conversational experiences for all, today announced that its patented Voice+ technology now enables end users to navigate websites and mobile applications, as well as perform digital tasks, through spoken conversation--no typing, clicking, or scrolling required. Users tell the AI agent what they want, and the agent responds and takes action.

As part of the launch, NLX is rolling out a month-long, out-of-home campaign in New York City and San Francisco, giving consumers the chance to experience Voice+ and enter to win $1,000. In New York, the campaign will feature ads across subway trains, in Times Square, and on a prominent wallscape at 11 W. 30th Street between Broadway and 5th Avenue. In San Francisco, ads will appear on transit shelters throughout the downtown area, particularly in and around the Financial District.

Potential use cases for the newly enhanced Voice+ technology include:
- Ordering takeout for the family while you wait in the carpool line without having to scroll or tap the in-car console screen.
- Searching for outfit options and accessories for a night out, adding items to your cart and checking out, using just your voice.
- Mechanics getting car repair information without needing to put down their tools.
Conversational experiences using Voice+ are created and managed using the NLX no-code platform, allowing business teams to make changes to conversation flows without requiring engineering resources. Previously only available to enterprise customers, NLX recently made its platform available for anyone to build and deploy AI-powered conversations, and Voice+ is a part of that.
