NLX adds Google Vertex AI integration
NLX today announces it has added an integration with Google Vertex AI, Google’s expansive unified AI platform that enables enterprises to leverage Google’s industry-leading generative AI models and services, including Google Gemini, to drive rapid innovation.

This integration with Google Vertex AI allows enterprises to build AI-powered applications using Google Gemini as well as other Google AI services, all from within NLX.
NLX’s integration with Google Vertex AI (see documentation) builds on existing NLX integrations with Google Dialogflow and Google CCAI, giving enterprises the flexibility to seamlessly create and run automated, self-service conversational journeys that streamline their support channels and prioritize agent time for more complex customer needs.
